Audio Visualizer for Audio-Only Videos

An MP3 has no picture. Add animated bars over a cover, choose the color and size, and publish audio as video.

How it works

Three steps. That's the whole thing.

  1. Caption the audio — Upload an MP3, WAV or M4A, or import a song by link. Audio-only projects get a decorative backdrop until you add a cover.
  2. Turn on the visualizer — In the Style panel choose Style 1 or Style 2 bars, set opacity and color, then drag the bars where you want them and resize with the handle.
  3. Export — Export a 9:16 or 16:9 MP4 with captions, cover and the animated bars.
In detail

What you get

Two bar styles

Choose the look that fits the track, then set opacity so the bars sit over the cover without hiding it.

Any color

Match the bars to your artwork or your captions with the color picker.

Drag and resize

Move the bars anywhere on the frame and drag the handle to change their size.

Works with covers and captions

Layer the visualizer over a cover image or video, with captions and karaoke highlighting on top.

Audio-only ready

Projects without any picture get a decorative backdrop automatically, so the export is never a blank frame.

Why it matters

Podcast episodes, voice memos, demos and instrumentals all arrive as audio, and every platform that matters wants video. Animated bars give the frame movement, and together with a cover and captions the result reads as a produced clip rather than a static card.

Add covers along the scene timeline to change the picture during the episode, then export the video in vertical for Reels and Shorts or widescreen for YouTube.

Popular with podcasters clipping episodes and musicians sharing demos.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I turn an MP3 into a video?
Upload the audio and caption it, add a cover if you like, switch on the visualizer in the Style panel, and export an MP4 in 9:16 or 16:9.
What can I change on the visualizer?
Choose between two bar styles, set the opacity and color, drag the bars anywhere on the frame and resize them with the handle.
Can I combine the visualizer with a cover image or video?
Yes. The bars are drawn over the cover, and captions or karaoke highlighting sit on top of both.
What shows if I have no cover at all?
Audio-only projects get a decorative backdrop automatically, so the visualizer and captions always sit on a picture.
Are the bars included in the exported video?
Yes. The animated bars are rendered into the MP4 along with the captions and covers.
